I have already planned my cooking for this week. Oh well! I do always make plans well in advance. Me being me... an organized person as always. Hahah...
- Meat - Stewed sliced lean pork cooked with sweet & salty sauce spice with white pepper
- Soup - Vermicelli + minced pork meat + anchovies + lettuce
- Vegetable - Edamame
- Bak Kut Teh
- Porridge with dried scallop
- Steam egg with minced pork meat
- Sardines
- Japanese & Taiwanese pickles
- Porridge with minced pork meat & Tianjin salted vegetable
I know they are simple dishes, but they are delicious and my husband loves them (hopefully).I will post the pictures of the above dishes next week. Wish me luck!
