I simply love making fried rice. I like adding all sorts of ingredients to the rice, to add colours and making them look somewhat interesting. Even though my lou kung loves it but he always have this perception that it won't be enough for him since there is no other dishes served. Alas... he is a typical "China Man"... Hahah... Nonetheless, I always made sure I cooked more MORE & MORE rice, to fill up his big fat tummy. Kekeke...
